All orders totaling $10.00 or above (tax is not included in the total) are qualified for free USPS First Class shipping. Further shipping options are provided in the drop-down menu on our checkout page.

All orders are processed and shipped within one business day.


International Orders

At this time, Ellevenshop.com only accepts orders from the U.S. (all 50 states) and Canada.


Return/Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, all orders, unless specifically noted otherwise, can be returned for a full refund from 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for acceptance.

How to return/exchange an order:

To return/exchange an order, please e-mail us (address below) with the word "Return" or "Exchange" plus the invoice number of your order in the subject field, and we will send you a ready-to-mail padded envelope with our address and RMA# for your order. You can then place the item(s) you wish to return or exchange (in its original packaging) into the envelope and mail it back to us. We will then review the return/exchange and make the necessary corrections.

If you still have the original packaging, e-mail us and we will provide an RMA# (write it below our mailing address), which you can write on the package yourself and ship immediately. This is the preferred method of return.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.


Restocking Fee

At this time, Ellevenshop.com does not charge a restocking fee.
